To get started, you will need to have permissions in your Intercom Workspace to remove apps. This is generally for Administrators, so if you don't see these options, you can ask your Intercom administrator for help.
1) Open your Intercom Inbox and choose App Store (Bottom left hand corner)
2) Click Your Installed Apps (Top left corner)
3) Click the App you wish to remove and follow the instructions.
Important: If you are paying customer and you wish to stop using our apps, you should also cancel your subscription in the Highways Dashboard.
