Why can't I see an Opportunity, Contact, Task or Activity from Close in Intercom?

By default, our app will display Lead data, such as Contacts and Tasks, in the order in which they were last updated. In this manner, the data in Intercom reflects the most recent changes to a Lead.

If more than 3 items exist in a given category, for example, a Lead has 5 Opportunities, the most recently updated 3 will be shown.

If more than 3 items exist, our application will inform you with a 'View More' option below the given category:

These restrictions keep the Intercom Inbox decluttered and adhere to Intercom's requirements for application sizing.
