How do I create Tasks in Close from the Intercom Inbox?

Keeping your Close team on track is easy with Tasks

To get started, open a conversation in the Intercom Inbox and review the Tasks. To create a new Task, click Create Task

On the next screen, enter your task details. In this example, we are setting a task in the future for a follow-up.

Important: Times are not currently supported by our app.

When ready, click Create Task and your Task will be created in Close!
