To get started, open your Intercom Inbox and choose an Intercom Conversation. Existing Lead data, including opportunities, will be shown.

To create a new Opportunity, click Create Opportunity

On the next screen, enter your Opportunity data including the Value, Status and Period. In this example, we are creating an opportunity worth $17,500 and a confidence of 90% that will be monthly. At present, the opportunity is in the Contract Sent stage.

When ready, click Create Opportunity and your new Opportunity will be created in Close!
