To start, you will need to retrieve your Close API key. You can do this by following the official Close documentation here or via your Close Dashboard:

Settings -> Integrations -> API Keys

Once there, click New API Key and copy the key safely to your clipboard.

Once you have your API key, it's time to kick off the authorisation flow with Intercom. You can do this from our official Intercom App Store listing or clicking here.

Intercom will ask you to choose your Workspace and accept our authorisations. You will then be prompted for your Close API Key.

Enter your Close API carefully and proceed.

If successful, you will be redirected to your Intercom Inbox and your Close App will be ready to rock!
