To start, open your Intercom Inbox and view the student overview. If the student does not exist, or cannot be matched by email, you will be promoted to create a new student.

Click Enroll in Course or Enroll in Bundle, depending on which enrolment you wish to create.

For this example, will we enroll an Intercom user in a Thinkific course:

Next, choose the Course you wish to enroll the student in, along with the option of a free trial and when you want the enrollment to start. You can also set the number of days an enrollment is valid for.

When ready, click Enroll in Course and your student will be enrolled in your Thinkific School without leaving Intercom!
