At present, our application does not support the creation or alteration of orders in Intercom. This is due to the limitations of the Intercom Inbox that would not present a good workflow for agents.

If you require the checkout link for a customer, you will find it at the end of each order in Intercom. This link can be sent to a customer to allow them to pay for an order.

At this time, Highways recommend that you create and alter orders in your WooCommerce instance.
