If a customer exists in WooCommerce, their information will be shown as the app loads in the Intercom Conversation. If they have ordered, the latest orders will be shown below their name.

Click the Order ID to view more information for a given order.

When the canvas loads, you will be shown their full WooCommerce Order overview.

To view more information within your WooCommerce installation, simply click ‘View on WooCommerce‘ at the end of the canvas.
