If a customer exists in WooCommerce, their information will be shown as the app loads in the Intercom Conversation. Click their name or image to view more information.

When the canvas loads, you will be shown their full WooCommerce and WordPress profile. Please note, the level of enrichment depends on the amount of information the customer, or your business, has entered for the given customer.

To view more information within your WooCommerce installation, simply click ‘View on WooCommerce‘ at the end of the canvas.
