On the main canvas, the most recent three calls to a given contact will be shown. This information will include the status of the call and the sentiment, in addition to the date the call was made.

By clicking a given call, further information can be obtained:

Note: The level of information available for a given call will depend on your set up in SalesLoft. This includes dialled numbers and recordings of a given call.
