When a conversation is opened in Intercom, our app will check for a matching record in Zendesk Sell based on the qualified email address.
If no contact is found, you will be presented with the option to create one:
Click Create Contact / Lead and enter the applicable details on the next screen. Note, in this example, we are creating a Lead but you can also create a Contact.
If successfully created, you will receive a positive confirmation:
And the new record will load:
