When the Keap by Infusionsoft App loads in Intercom, it will search for an exisiting contact in your Keap CRM based on the email of the contact. If a contact exists, the contact information will be shown.
To create a contact, or if one does not exist, simply click Create Contact when prompted.
On the next page, you can specify the name of the contact that will be pre-filled with the Intercom data. Please note, you cannot change the email of the contact as this is the link between Intercom and Keap that our app uses.
When ready, click Create Contact
If successful, you will receive the following notification:
Congrats! You have created a contact in Keap with your new Intercom App from Highways!
