Currently, Highways.io does not support the creation of Orders in Keap via Intercom. The reason for this is the complexity of Order creation versus the available elements in the Intercom canvas.

We recommend at this time you use Keap to create orders but if you require this feature in Intercom, please let us know! Your feedback shapes our apps and roadmap.
