To start, click Create Activity from the main screen:

On the next screen, enter the activity details. In our example, we are logging a Meeting.

Important: All Copper activities must be in the past, you cannot add future activities at this time.

When ready click Create Activity. Your new activity should now appear on the main view:

Note, due to the Copper system there may be a delay between the time you enter an activity in Intercom and when it appears in Copper and your Intercom view.
