At present, Highways does not support the creation of Sales Order or Quotes in Dynamics via our Microsoft Dynamics Sales App.

This design decision was taken given the complexity of creating Quotes and Sales versus the interface elements available to users in Intercom.

To create Sales Orders and Quotes quickly, we recommend jumping directly to Dynamics365 via the link available at the base of our apps.
