When a contact is loaded in the Microsoft Dynamics Sale App by Highways, the system automatically checks for existing Sales Orders and Quotes.

Important: A contact must have an associated company for the relevant Sales Order and Quote information to be found.

If found, they will be displayed below the contact’s primary information

To view further information in Intercom of a Sales Order or Quote, simply click the relevant item, and the deep dive will load:
