After you've connected Intercom and HubSpot, you'll be able to start using them in ways you've always needed to.
Creating Deals
All of your team will be able to manually create deals in HubSpot right from their Intercom inbox.
Haven't connected yet?
From your inbox, you'll see the HubSpot by Highways app in the right hand side.
Click Create Deal
Enter the Deal Details
Click Create Deal
Now that Deal will exist in both Intercom and HubSpot. Your whole team will now be able to view this deal in both Intercom and HubSpot.

Deal Details
Title - the name you want to give the deal, e.g. Enterprise Deal
Value - the estimated value of the deal, e.g. 50,000
Stage - the HubSpot deal stage, e.g. Appointment Scheduled
Pipeline - the HubSpot Pipeline the deal will live under, e.g. Sales Pipeline
Deal Type - the type of deal you're creating, e.g. New or Existing Business
What exactly happens on Deal Creation?
A deal record is created in HubSpot.
The deal is associated to the Contact and Company you created it under
Deal Owner is the teammate who created the deal in Intercom
Original source data 2 is set to Intercom
Time First Seen is set to the First Seen date from Intercom

Once you've completed the installation process, your Intercom and HubSpot apps will now be integrated. From there you and your team will be able to:
Deep link Contacts and Deals to HubSpot
Automatically sync Chat Transcripts to Contacts or Deals in HubSpot
