Can I add activities to contacts as conversations are synced?

Highways will attempt to create activities as conversations sync but it depends on your connected system.

In general, Highways Sync will attempt to create activities for a given person, contact or lead as the conversation is synced to that system.

Important: Not all systems support activities, please check your Sync settings for availability in your chosen system.
