To create a contact record, for example a person in Pipedrive, simply enable the option under the Sync menu:

When enabled, Highways will create a contact record if they do not exist. Please note, Highways uses the email address of the conversation to match and create records. If you do not use unique email addresses, exercise caution when using this setting.

Remember to click Save after you have enabled your automatic person creation setting.
